This system mainly allows the business to plan their parts and requirements of the products. 1980, the time when a new software named MRP II (Manufacturing Resource Planning) was introduced in the market. This system actually emphasized on the optimized process of manufacturing and it includes the shop floor, human resource, finance, project management, and engineering and distribution management. In the early 1990 Enterprise Resource Planning comes in the market. MRP II system actually renamed into Enterprise Resource Planning.
